Refreshing cocktail of gin, citrus and champagne, inspired by a cruise on the Garonne River in Bordeaux, France!
1 ounce gin
½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice½ ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice¾ ounce Honey Syrup (recipe below)Ice cold Champagne
In a shaker with plenty of ice, shake the gin, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and Honey syrup.
Strain into a champagne glass and top it up with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon or grapefruit spiral.
1 cup honey2 cups water
Place the honey and water in a saucepan and warm over medium heat stirring just until dissolved.
